Instead say

When they create something beautiful, don’t label the talent.
Ask about the process, the thought, the inspiration.
Because effort-focused appreciation does something powerful: • It reduces fear of failure
• It builds resilience
• It keeps curiosity alive
We don’t raise confident children by protecting labels.
