a. For Indian History: Start with 9-12 NCERT/Tamil Nadu
board class 11-12 history books. Then Ancient India by R S Sharma, Medieval India by Satish Chandra, Modern India by Bipan Chandra.

b. Indian Art & Culture by Nitin Singhania sir(selectively on Visual art & Performance art,, special attention on major dance form and literature.

c. For world history you can follow The Vision IAS world history notes(only for mains.)

d. For geography NCERT class 6-12,, and certified physical and human geography by G C Leong. For map you can follow Atlas.

e. For society NCERT class 11-12 and Sunya IAS notes for sociology,, current affairs from The Hindu/Indian Express.

f. India's Struggle for Independence by Bipan Chandra,, and India after Independence by Bipan Chandra.

B. For paper 2: Governance, Constitution, polity, social Justice and International Relations:

a. Laxmikanth Polity and Governance.

b. IR, Social justice totally on Current affairs from The Hindu/Indian Express. If possible then you can go through Pavneet Singh International Relations book.

C. Paper 3: Economic development, Technology, Environment, Disaster management and Internal security:

a. For economy, NCERT 11-12,, Then Nitin Singhania sir's Indian economy book. Maximum depends on current affairs. Must read The Hindu/Indian Express.

b. For Technology, Current affairs daily from The Hindu.

c.Environment by Shankar IAS and daily CA

d. For disaster management and Internal security you can follow Ashok Kumar, IPS ' s book,,, Challenges to Internal security in India. And follow daily CA from The Hindu/Indian Express.

D. For GS paper 4,,Ethics, Integrity & aptitude:

You can follow Lexicon Ethics book and for case studies you can follow Disha publication 200 case studies book.

You can follow daily newspaper reading The Hindu/The Indian Express.

For prelims,, Vision IAS monthly CA magazine enough.

For mains, Drishti IAS daily news analysis. And you should follow Yojana and Kuruskhetra magazine monthly.

Also Protiyogita Darpan special edition of economy.

Optional as per your subject choice.
