The 100 Days of Vagad Project employs the young generation of Dungarpur and trains them in the art of story-telling, video making and digital broadcasting - help them become the keepers of the tales of Vagad.

These students have been recruited from Shri Bhogilal Pandya Government College, Dungarpur (affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Dungarpur) and are being given classes to equip them with the necessary skills.

These photographs were clicked by them on their own; their first time handling DSLRs! Check out their profiles, and leave them a few words of encouragement! :D

'वागड़ के 100 दिन' प्रोजेक्ट के अंतगर्त, डूंगरपुर की युवा पीढ़ी को फिल्म निर्माण और मार्केटिंग की कलाओं में प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा और वागड़ की कथाओं को डूंगरपुर और अन्य जगहों के लोगों को प्रकाशित और प्रसारित किया जायेगा | ताकि यह युवा बन सकें हमारी कहानियों के रखवाले |

यह विद्यार्थी श्री भोगीलाल लाल पंड्या कॉलेज, डूंगरपुर से लिए गए हैं और उनको अभी जरुरी कौशलों की ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है | यह फोटोग्राफ बच्चों ने खुद खीचे हैं, पहली बार यह DSLR कैमरा का उपयोग कर रहे हैं | इनकी तस्वीरे देखें और कुछ शब्द इनके लिए छोड़ के जाए! :D

Food of the people is an integral part of culture. A number of folks songs and rituals involve food.

We are at Ma Joganiya Bhojanalaya, a tiny one-room restaurant in Dungarpur city recording the song and life of Kamla Bai. Kamla Bai has been running this bhojanalaya since the past 50 years with her husband.

लोगों का खाना, संस्कृति का एक अनूठा भाग है। बहुत लोकगीत और रसम-रिवाज खाने के बारे में बनाये जाते हैं।

हुम माँ जोगणिया भोजनालय में हैं, जो एक छोटा-सा एक-कमरे का जलपान गृह है। हुम यहाँ कमला बाई का गीत और उनकी ज़िंदगी के बारे में जान रहें हैं। कमला बाई यह भोजनालय पिछले 50 सालों से चला रहीं हैं अपने पति के साथ।
