As this module comes to a close in the next two days, we reflect on the many dimensions of practice explored together.

Asana and pranayama, this journey has been an invitation also into study, inquiry, effort, and self-understanding. Jñāna is not only found in texts or discussions, but in the way we meet ourselves, our challenges, and those around us.

Perhaps one of the most valuable lessons is learning how to relate with others—with respect, clear communication, healthy boundaries, punctuality, responsibility, and care for the shared space we create together.

Yoga is not only what happens on the mat. It is also expressed through the quality of our relationships, our actions, and the way we participate in community.

A small peek into what we explore in Mental Health.

Not every practice is for everyone at every moment. Part of this journey has been creating more individualized support and adapting practices according to each person’s capacity for regulation, attention, and connection.

Restoration is not one-size-fits-all. Sometimes the practice begins with acknowledging where we are and learning how to recalibrate gradually.

Although Ta**ra is traditionally considered a mother path that embraces all aspects of life and experience, we also recognize the importance of discernment and collaboration. When someone is deeply destabilized, working together with mental health professionals can become essential so that the practices are received in a grounded, safe, and truly fruitful way. Caring for the mental health of each individual and as a collective requires of a tapestry of persons and mental health inform yoga is just one thread of this collective tapestry .

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It needs you. 🌿

Most of us walk around with sluggish lymph — tired, puffy, low immunity — without realising that just 15 minutes of supported inversion can shift everything.

This 3-pose chair sequence activates your body’s own drainage system

Hold each Asana 3–8 & up to 15 minutes. Breathe naturally. Move slowly between them.

💾 Save this for your next rest day — your body will feel the difference within 48 hours.

Over the past days we have completed our studies exploring the heart, circulation, metabolism and gut health — observing how physiology, energy, lifestyle, breath, and nervous system regulation are deeply interconnected. Today we begin a new chapter: Mental Health & Yoga. Through āsana, prāṇāyāma, philosophy, observation, and therapeutic applications, we will explore how yoga can support emotional regulation, resilience, cognition, trauma awareness, and the subtle relationship between mind, body, and consciousness. The journey continues from the physical systems into the inner landscape that shapes how we experience life itself.
