It was wonderful to facilitate a two-day True Colors retreat in the beautiful yoga hall of Trimurti Garden in Dharamkot. I was blessed to have ten completely committed participants who were willing to take a deep look at themselves to overcome fear and shine in their true Colors. This is the kind of work that fills my heart with warmth and satisfaction and a spontaneous desire to do more of the same. Feeling grateful and fulfilled!

I just finished facilitating a four day nature immersion course called Bioempathy for Amani Institute in Brazil. It was a fabulous and unforgettable experience of being in the flow for four straight days doing the work I love most in an environment I thrive in (an agroforestry project called Fazenda Serrinha just an hour and a half drive away from Sao Paolo). I’m very grateful and I’m also really touched by the first review I received from a participant
