Abstract-
Round 1:
• It will be an online event in which the participants will have to register themselves and answer the questions online.
• The participants need to submit their preference order of departments (operations, finance, marketing and human resource)
• There will be general questions covering all the aspects of management.
• The students need to give their answers in 60-80 words approx.
• On the basis of the online test, 24 students submitting the best answers will be selected for the second round
Round 2:

• The students selected from the online round will proceed to the second round.
• The students will be divided into the 4 departments (6 students in 1 department) and this round will deal with the 4 main departments.
• Each student of their respective department needs to prepare their own presentation.
• In this round, they would be given a problem statement online after the submission of answers to the questions of round 1.
• Each participant would be given a maximum speaking time of 6 minutes.
• The best 3 presentation from each department will move to the next round.
Round 3:

• 12 candidates, 3 from each department would then be divided into 3 teams consisting one participant from each of the department. This round will be held on second day. It consists of two parts:
Part I
• The team would be presented with the problem statement one day before the scheduled meeting.
• The team has to present a single solution presentation and respective members of working departments would then be required to present themselves in front of the judges for one to one question and answer session
• Each team would be given a maximum speaking time of 10 minutes.
• The presentation must deal with all the 4 mentioned departments.
• The best team will proceed to the final round.
Part II
• At this point, with 4 members the final round would begin with each of the 4 members individually speaking about the strategies they would follow if they are made the Next CEO and shall individually present their candidacy for being the Next CEO and battle out all opposition posed by the current CEO and other members present.
• Problem statement for this round would be provided on the spot by the current CEO.
• These would be then open to questions from the present CEO as well the other members present.
• On the basis of their performance, The Next CEO would be adjudged solely by the present CEO.
