NRI Public School organised a educational school trip to Mapple Forest. The purpose of the trip was to learn outside the classroom, build teamwork skills, and take part in various adventure activities. It was an exciting and memorable experience for students. The journey was enjoyable, and everyone was excited about the activities planned for the day. Children’s Day was celebrated in NRI Public School with great enthusiasm and joy on 14th November. The event aimed to provide students with a memorable day filled with fun, learning, and excitement. Various fun activities were organized throughout the day. Students enjoyed recreational games, art and craft sessions, songs, dance and classroom celebrations.
Sports activities organized for all grades. Students enthusiastically participated in events such as the Obstacles, Bowling, Frog race, Fun ball game, Balloon game, Volleyball, Cricket competitions. The playground was filled with cheers and encouragement as students displayed teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination. A speech was delivered by the Principal Mrs Suman Sharma, who emphasized the values promoted by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and encouraged students to work hard and be responsible citizens.

On January 13 2025, NRI Public School celebrated the festival of Lohri with great enthusiasm and fervor.

Students were informed about the importance of this festival, which marks the end of winter and the beginning of the harvest season. It is celebrated with traditional bonfires, singing, and dancing. Students of pre- primary wing wear traditional punjabi attire.

A beautifully decorated bonfire was set up in the school courtyard, where students gathered to take part in the traditional ritual of offering sesame seeds, jaggery, and peanuts to the flames while singing Lohri songs.

Students also performed lively Bhangra and Gidda dances, which added to the festive atmosphere.

The principal Ms. Suman Sharma addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of cultural traditions in bringing people together and fostering unity among diverse communities.

NRI Public Senior Secondary School recently celebrated its Annual Day-cum-Prize Distribution function at Indradhanush Auditorium. The event was marked by great enthusiasm, zeal, and excitement.

Chief Guest, Mr. Gagandeep Singh, former Indian cricketer, was welcomed along with Chairman Mr. Narinder Singh, Principal Suman Sharma, and other dignitaries.

The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and knowledge. The Principal delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the institution's achievements over the past year.

The birth anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated with great exuberance at a NRI Public school, Sundran. A special assembly was conducted by students to mark the occasion. The assembly commenced with a prayer and followed by a speech Students also recited Gurbaani and the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji were shared with the students. The children were urged to follow the path of universal brotherhood and peace to promote national integration and communal harmony.At last Ms.Suman Sharma Principal of School wishes all the students on the occasion of Prakash Utsav and tought the teaching of Guru Nanak Dev ji to the students.
