I would disagree with the way this narrative is being framed.
Every technological shift creates temporary distortions in the job market. But historically, human intelligence combined with new tools has always moved ahead of manual labor.
AI is not the end of tech jobs.
It’s simply a new tool that rewards those who learn to use it.
Think of it like this:
When calculators were introduced, mathematicians didn’t disappear.
Those who used calculators became faster and more capable than those who didn’t.
AI is similar.
If you try to compete against AI, you will struggle.
If you learn to work with AI, your capabilities multiply.
The real shift isn’t plumbers vs engineers.
The real shift is:
People who adopt AI vs people who avoid it.
