May the four quarters of the horizon be auspicious and peaceful.
Let there be light lit inside you to dispel the darkness all around.
Let there be prosperity and happiness.😊

The early morning journey to Kannur was very refreshing. The pictures of God’s Own Country that ran behind the train’s windows were captivating and I murmured, “Indeed mine is God’s Own Country!”
Receiving me warmly Ms. Ms. Sreeletha Verma, Principal, Kerala Gramin Bank’s Training HQ @ Kannur said, “Sir, I have 46 Asst. Managers in the hall. They are all yours!”
I made them talk, think, yell, reflect, dance and in the end, I was rewarded with Happy faces!
Kerala Gramin Bank is a joint venture of Government of India, Government of Kerala and Canara Bank. It has 700 branches and focuses on Rural Banking.

It was a wet day in the “God’s own Country” as it rained cats and dogs! They had come from all over Kerala – 64 of them, a mixture of clerks, officers, managers and senior managers – to “learn, understand, recall and apply Communication skills” for enhancing their Inter-personal effectiveness!
The hall in the Training HQ of the bank in Calicut was filled to the brim. In the end, they wanted to take a selfie with me.
Communication has the power to bring people closer and to create magic in both personal and professional lives of people, I was more than convinced about it in the end!

"Please extend your session; I know that your audience love attending more," said the Training Head of Canara Bank Training HQ @ Calicut.
In the end, it was good to see happy faces and I remembered what my Gurus had told me, "When cognition and understanding are invoked in the mind, they invariably bring joy inside the learners!"

“Do well in life Farheen and promise me that you would keep me posted of all the happy moments in your life as they happen,” I told the young Manager of Syndicate Bank who attended my Session as she came closer.
Her eyes sparkled as she clicked the Selfie. Some rewards are priceless, are they not?

A blast from the past……
“They are fresh lot of Managers and Officers who have not undergone any training in the last three years. I want that they are energized before they go back to their respective Branches. Can you help me Sir?” Asked the Head, Staff Training College of Syndicate Bank at Delhi.
“Of course, I would, don’t worry. They are in safe hands,” I said cheerfully to defuse the anxiety that seemed to flutter under his platonic submission.
The session got extended on demand and in the end there were lots of happy faces and several Selfies for me to save into my heart. As I wounded up, I told them, “Do well in life.”
