And there he goes again — the narcissist you bent backwards for, poured time, love, loyalty, and belief into… now playing victim, rewriting history, feeding off attention like it’s oxygen. You built, they took. You gave, they drained. And the moment you asked for decency, accountability, or truth — suddenly you were the problem. No more. What they deserve isn’t your silence, tears, or self-doubt — it’s a hard emotional eviction from your life and a firm reminder that access to you is a privilege, not a right.

Let’s be each other’s strength now. When one of us feels weak, the other stands taller. When memories try to soften the truth, we remind each other of the facts. No more shrinking, no more justifying abuse in the name of love. We heal, we rise, and we move forward — together, unafraid, and done for good.

Welcome to “The Narcissism Expose – Beyond the Love Bond.”

This group exists to give voice to survivors of narcissistic abuse and to work towards one clear goal: recognition, reform, and protection.

Narcissistic abuse is real. It is prolonged, calculated, and deeply destructive — emotionally, psychologically, financially, and socially. Yet across the world, survivors are dismissed because the abuse leaves no visible marks.

This space has been created to:
• Support survivors in a safe, respectful environment
• Build collective awareness around narcissistic abuse
• Work towards legal recognition of NPD as grounds for divorce
• Advocate for medical recognition of NPD as a serious mental disorder
• Bring together survivors, supporters, lawyers, psychiatrists, and psychologists

I will be volunteering my time here through podcasts, discussions, and awareness initiatives, sharing my personal experience to uplift morale, guide survivors, and help people understand that they are not alone, weak, or imagining their pain.

I am also in the process of raising this issue on national television, in collaboration with members of the legal fraternity and medical faculty. This movement needs voices, courage, and collective support. Anyone willing to come forward — including on camera — is welcome, entirely by choice.

Life of a Person Abused by a Narcissist

Life with a narcissist doesn’t collapse in one loud moment —
it breaks slowly, quietly, piece by piece.

At first, it feels like love. They mirror you, adore you, study you like a project. You feel seen, chosen, special. Then, without warning, the warmth turns cold. The same person who once praised you now questions you, criticizes you, mocks your feelings, and makes you doubt what you saw, heard, or felt.

Soon, your life becomes a cycle:
• Walking on eggshells
Every word is measured, every step calculated. You never know what will trigger anger, sulking, punishment, or silent treatment.
• Gaslighting becomes the air you breathe
You start apologizing even when you’re right. You question your own memory. You ask yourself, “Maybe it really is my fault?”
• They isolate you silently
Friends fade. Family becomes distant. You’re too exhausted to explain, too drained to fight. Your world becomes smaller — until it fits inside their hands.
• Your confidence dissolves
The vibrant, laughing version of you slowly disappears. In its place grows someone anxious, self-doubting, and scared to make even small decisions.
• You live in constant survival mode
Hyper-aware. Watching facial expressions. Monitoring tone. Preparing for the next emotional storm.
• Your body carries the trauma
Sleepless nights. Headaches. Anxiety. Panic. Low self-esteem. A sense of walking through life with no energy or direction.
• You stay because you hope
Hope that the person you first met will come back.
Hope that love can fix brokenness.
Hope that if you try harder, they’ll finally see your worth.

But narcissistic abuse doesn’t get better.
It only gets deeper.

And slowly, you lose:
• your voice
• your confidence
• your identity
• your freedom
• your peace
• sometimes even your will to live

Yet — and this is the truth they never want you to know —
you are not weak.
You survived a psychological war most people can’t even imagine.
You adapted, protected yourself, and endured what would emotionally destroy many.

And when you finally break away…
you rebuild.
You rise.
You find yourself again — stronger, wiser, sharper, and unmanipulable.

Because life after a narcissist isn’t just survival.
It’s rebirth.

This is a universal mission—a movement uniting survivors, experts, and advocates from every corner of the world.

For too long, victims of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) abuse have suffered in silence: emotional manipulation, gaslighting, isolation, financial destruction, psychological trauma, and generational harm.

Yet globally, NPD abuse still remains unrecognized, unprotected, and unacknowledged by the very systems meant to protect us.

We are here to change that.

Our mission is clear and unstoppable:
