The first time I met Aman was on a Google Meet in my first sem, where I mistook him for some other dude. I continued to call him by that other guy’s name for an entire mock, and he didn’t bother to correct me once. I don’t know why, but maybe that is the reason he effortlessly becomes people’s favourite — because he just knows what to say and what to do without any effort from his side. It can also be inferred from the fact that he has 200 friends in college alone.
He is someone you can depend on at all times — from getting your admit card stamped to picking you up from railway stations, he is someone you can always rely on. But maybe that reliability has a downside, because now in our cabinet everyone just depends on Aman to help them with even the smallest functioning in the society. It’s just scary to imagine a cabinet without him.
He is actually someone you’d call the complete package, because he is smart, funny, kind, and has a face that could be considered sculpted — but the fact that he still has no game is beyond my comprehension. Like really, ladies, just look at him once.
In the debating field, he started as someone who used to give a speech of 4 minutes with 100 interruptions, and with willpower, hard work, and determination, he can now do 5 minutes with 50 interruptions — just kidding, he can do 5.30. On a serious note, he actually is one of the best debaters our society has ever had, and this shows everyone that you don’t need to be a very skilled person with years of public speaking experience to excel in this activity. You can start from any point and be quite good at it.
To conclude, Aman is a skilled debater (ahem ahem), a great treasurer, an excellent friend, and an even better person.
