There are a lot of considerations, money wise, when you go independent.

Should you invest in a better office?

Should you enrol in a relevant diploma to upskill?

Should you hire more people?

All these questions can be quite confusing.

When and I first took the tough decision to leave the “traditional law” for good, and continue with Neeti Shastra, ie, we made many wrong choices.

If we had more work experience, maybe we wouldn’t have made those decisions.

But we have learnt a lot.

Today, we are able to afford rent, food and electricity in a city like Delhi.

That alone is an achievement, and a blessing.

Now that we have helped numerous other lawyers set up their practice, and help law firms generate high value clients, we will be happy to share that knowledge with you.

If you want to discuss things like when you should start your own practice, how to invest in your career growth, how to leverage social media, get clients etc, I’ll be happy to get on a call.

Let’s grow together 💪🏻

How sad is it that I perceive a day to be “good” only when it’s productive?

In the past few weeks I have slept for only 2 hours a day and sometimes 12 hours a day.

Some days I have done nothing at all and guilt - eaten junk food through!

Some days I stayed up giving an interview or two, completing client calls and finishing up Neeti Shastra’s work.

It’s been a wild ride with a highly erratic schedule.

Living alone hasn’t been easy on the pocket either.

To be honest, the first month kicked my butt. Here’s hoping the next few are better!

Hope you all are doing much better ❤️

Attention all lawyers!

Are you tired of struggling to market yourself and your legal services?

I have a solution for you.

LinkedIn is the perfect platform for lawyers to showcase their expertise, connect with potential clients, and establish themselves as trusted and respected members of the legal community.

But with so many options on LinkedIn, it can be quite confusing.

Should you create a company page to represent your law firm or practice?

Or would a personal account work?

My preference is simple.

Build your audience on your personal account.

Here are a few reasons why:
✅ Most importantly, your clients can message you, which is not possible on a company page.
✅ Personal account has better reach.
✅ People like to engage with people, not faceless companies.
✅ Will be able to share personal achievements and stories which will be more relatable to your audience.

A personal account is crucial for sharing your thought leadership, networking with other professionals in your field, and showing off your unique brand.

If you can do both, why not! If there's a choice, go for your personal brand.

Trust me, your clients (and your bank account) will thank you.

Have any questions regarding ? Let me know in the comments.
