01-Day Leadership Event for the wonderful sales team of
Hamdard Laboratories India - Foods Division which is considered the largest Unani company in the world.
Around 35 sales managers from all across the country joined the leadership event focused on mindset growth, team collaboration and effective communication.
It was a great experience doing activities and sharing valuable insights with the team.

Wonderful session on Confidence, Communication skills and Character development for around 300 participants at Ma'din Academy, Kerala.
During this practical session, we discussed the importance of the '3Cs': confidence, communication skills and character and covered some practical tips and techniques to improve the three.
Founded by the respected Sayyid Ibraheemul Khaleel Al Bukhari in 1997, Madin Academy had very humble beginnings. Today, Madin has grown into an enormous educational movement with around 40 institutions and 30,000 students.
We were honored to meet and spend some time with Janab Ibraheemul Bukhari Sahab. The love and hospitality we received and all that we witnessed at Madin was a reflection of his vision and great leadership.
May Allah accept his sincere efforts and grant Madin even greater heights.

Convocation Ceremony of the 20-Day Personality Development Workshop with major focus on Communication Skills at India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi.
The students delivered terrific speeches and gave demonstrations on various aspects of English language and public speaking. Speaking competition at the end was one of the major highlights of the program.
The former president of IICC, Janab Sirajuddin Qureshi Sb graced the occasion with his presence and offered inspiring and encouraging words to all the performers and participants, praising their hard-work and dedication.
Under his leadership, IICC was renowned for numerous training programs. My father Janab Abdul Wadood Sajid Sb who headed the media and education department at IICC introduced various transformative programs for community development, bringing in top-tier trainers from around the country.
Programs on civil services and SSC preparation, personality development, memory development, language training, the holy Quran and many more helped tens of thousands change the trajectory of their lives. Today, a significant amount of these participants hold key positions in national and multinational companies, civil service departments and various ministries across the country.
Remarkably, all of these programs were offered free of charge as Jb Sirajuddin Sb personally covered every expense. The initiatives for community development at IICC were all a testament to his vision and generosity. May Allah accept all of his efforts and bless him in abundance.

Practical Seminar on Personality Development and Communication Skills at Azam Campus, Pune.
The seminar focused on the 3Cs; Confidence, Communication skills & Character. We discussed their importance and covered highly practical tips on how to get better at all three. The participants were very much receptive and responsive throughout the session.
Dr. P.A. Inamdar, founder of M.C.E Society, Pune honored the occasion with his presence and addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance and need of such workshops to excel in personal and professional lives.

Honored to be selected as an 'Emerging Young Leader' in the 40 under 40 Leaders Initiative by All India Muslim Development Council.
I've come across many 'recognition programs' but never applied to any. It was the same with this one. However, many months ago, one of my well-wishers from Hyderabad, Abdul Quddus sb, an educationist, nominated me in the 40 under 40 Leaders Initiative. I thought it would be no more than an award function. However, to my surprise, it turned out to be something far greater than that.
This initiative aimed to gather 40 exceptional individuals under the age of 40 from across the country who are already working for the betterment of the nation through their respective fields and then collectively work on various projects to uplift the community and the nation.
It took almost a year for team AIMDC to complete the rigorous screening and evaluation process and selecting 40 leaders from 950 applicants. Finalists went through numerous testing rounds, written submissions, debates, discussions, character-based evaluations and more.
Although I lack in knowledge and character deeply, it's all by the grace of Allah that I am paired with exceptional and inspirational individuals to work collectively for our beloved country.
I congratulate all the 40 selected leaders and the finalists as well and pray that Allah gives us the strength to work with dedication and sincerity for the upliftment of our fellow citizens and that he accepts our efforts!
May Allah accept the efforts by Mohammad Imtiyaz Sb, Gen. Sec., AIMDC and the entire team!

We hear time and again the stories of people who had an argument over something very trivial yet the way they reacted and responded to each other in anger destroyed their relationship.
A Syrian judge, Shiekh Ali Al Tantawi said, “ I worked as a judge for 27 years and most of the cases of divorce that came to me were because of one of two reasons: blind rage / anger from the husband or a foolish response from the wife and the problem they’re fighting over is usually very small.”
See, anger is a natural emotion. We get angry, furious sometimes. But it is not about not getting angry, it is about what you do when you’re angry.
So when you find yourself in a rush of emotions, don’t respond immediately. Allow yourself to calm down. Take a moment to think and respond thoughtfully.
