The Democracy School is a week-long, fully residential programme designed to foster critical engagement with democratic theory, constitutional values, civil liberties and the complex challenges facing democracies. The school aims to bridge the gap between academic research and public engagement by encouraging participants to connect their scholarly work with policy processes, community realities and public discourse. Through a rich and interactive curriculum, the School will build interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange among young scholars and activists from across regions and disciplines. Participants will benefit from sessions that enhance their research design, academic writing, communication and scholarship skills. The Democracy school also aims to create a pluralistic learning environment that values inclusion, respect and dialogue among diverse voices and experiences.
