Your is lower part is important than upper. Just a variation in squats and lunges . I call it JACK because that's how it feels like . But always remember good form is the key .
This time take a step towards kindness. If you have ample of money than i wish you earn more. However, this time instead of spending your money on crackers help a homeless to celebrate Diwali.
Offer them food and blanket, this small gesture will not cost you much but will make you stand apart in that homeless's eyes.
