State Bank of India (SBI) submitted electoral bond data to the Election Commission in compliance with the Supreme Court's order on February 15 and March 11, 2024.

Tamil Nadu tops illegal trade in shark body parts,
Recently, a report ‘Netted in illegal wildlife trade: Sharks of India' released to sound an alarm about India's illegal shark trade and highlight ongoing threats and conservation concerns.
This report is released by TRAFFIC (Trade Records Analysis of Flora and Fauna in Commerce) and WWF-India.
As per the report, Tamil Nadu accounted for nearly 65% of sark seizures, followed by Karnataka, Gujarat, Kerala and Maharashtra.
The confiscated products were headed to Singapore, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Sri Lanka and mainland China.
