Leader for Tomorrow is not-for-profit youth movement active in college campuses of Delhi-NCR since last three years.

Through our social awareness campaigns and programs, we try to ignite the social consciousness in youth and encourage them to take part in small social initiatives. Skill Development Program aims at the “Positive Youth Development” by budding leadership quality and management skills among youth, and guiding them on their respective career through career counselling.

Today is International Youth Day!

International Youth Day serves as an annual celebration of the role of young women and men as essential partners in change. It aims to highlight the challenges and problems facing the world’s youth.

This year's theme is: “Safe Spaces for Youth”. This hopes to focus on safe spaces for the youth, where they can come together, engage in activities related to their diverse needs and interests, participate in decision making processes and freely express themselves.

There are many personality assessment methods. The is a model of 9 personality types. The ring explains how the different personalities unite while the triangle shows how three nearby characters may influence each character. Employers use such models to understand your personality type as well as your strengths and weaknesses, so the earlier you explore such assessments the better, even though they need not be very accurate.
