Tragic news shook our community as Yogender Singh, a 52-year-old man from Delhi and alumnus of IGIPESS, lost his life in a devastating road accident on the Bambolim Highway. He was driving a rent-a-car that collided head-on with a tanker that lost control while descending a slope. Preliminary investigations suggest overspeeding and loss of control of the tanker may have caused the accident. Our thoughts are with Yogender's family and friends during this difficult time.

In the recent order of UPSE dt. 22/02/2023, the commission recommended 334 candidates for the appointment to the Post of *Principal* in Education Department, Govt. Of NCT Delhi on the basis of the recruitment test held on 17/07/2022 and interviews held from 30/01/2023 to 02/03/2023.

One of our IGIPESS Alumni Dr. Mandeep Dabas (B.Sc. 2000 & MPES 2002) has been selected for the same. It's a big achievement for our fraternity (community). Let's congratulate him a success for his future endeavours.

Sumit Tyagi (2012 IGIPESS Batch) who was currently working in Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura P.E.T. is no more with us now. He died on 10/01/2020.

We will never forget the image of his energetic and bright face. May God grant him eternal rest and the family the strength to bear his untimely passing.
