Youth Skills day; Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University signs MoU with Japanese group to train youth - The Policy Times The Policy Times aims to unfold social, economic, business, policy and practical issues that matter to India and the world especially the youth and women who would require to develop practical understanding about long-term developmental issues.

It is with immense pleasure to share with you all that we have formally entered in an exclusive partnership with the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, through Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University to run, manage and impart Japanese language, T.I.T.P. (program), S.S.W. (program), IT (Japan need based IT domain/s), student exchange program/s between India & Japan, other skill, (Japanese) language related programs, etc. to/for the youths of India in Delhi.
