1 . हर सब्जेक्ट को अब और ज्यादा डिटेल में पढ़ने की जरुरत है
2 . करेंट अफेयर्स से अब एग्जाम में डायरेक्टली कुछ नहीं आता
3 . अब पढ़ने से ज्यादा हर सब्जेक्ट के एप्लिकेशन पार्ट को अच्छे से समझने की जरुरत है
4 . करेंट अफेयर्स को पढ़ना बंद कर उसे जीना शुरू करना होगा ताकि हम आज की दुनिया को अच्छी तरह से समझ पाएं
5 . साल भर घिसे पिटे प्रश्नों को सॉल्व करने से अच्छा है क्विज़ेस में भाग लेकर हर सब्जेक्ट के नए नए फैट्स ढूंढें जाएँ
6 .अब क्लास/नोट्स और टॉपर्स को सुनने से ज्यादा जरुरी है नयी नयी रिसर्च एन्ड एप्लिकेशन एक्टिविटीज में भाग लेना.

मतलब अब अगर UPSC क्लियर करना है तो
‘हर सब्जेक्ट में नया नया रिसर्च करो व उसके एप्लिकेशन पार्ट को जीना शुरू कर दो’

पेपर अलग तरह का है
इसलिए कट-ऑफ 100 से नीचे ही रहेगा.
