Sometimes a great idea needs many attempts.

A failed product often needs a different strategy and a new plan of action. We usually think that if a business fails, it is because of the founder. But in reality, many other factors are responsible.

As long as you keep learning, don’t give up. You can restart again. What you need is a system to understand the problem, and that requires a deep-thinking approach.

This is a Sign of  collapse of  education system.
I never wanted to share this but its become necessary to share as a proof show their real faces. How good they talk and how low they think and act..

VC keep on sharing the Facebook reels and wanted faculty to design project the name is "Aura Project" 

I have been harassed humiliated and Illegally terminated because of this Facebook reel project.

This project possesses no scientific basis, no peer-reviewed research papers, no formal methodology, and no working engineering design. It was initiated whimsically by Vice-Chancellor Ram Shankar Dubey based entirely on social media content ("Facebook Reels"). 

​No Legal Framework for Accountability: I was appointed on a temporary, 11-month contract as a visiting faculty member. I am not a permanent administrative officer, nor am I the Principal Investigator (PI) of institutional grants. Contractually, a temporary faculty member cannot be held criminally or financially liable for the non-completion of complex institutional projects. 

This baseless complaint filed by these individuals has severely tarnished my professional reputation, causing me to lose immediate employment opportunities and disrupting active interview processes I was attending in Bhopal.

I was mentally harassed and Illegally termination cause a financial damage not only that VC Ram Shankar Dubey Dean Praveen Kumar Sharma Faculty Yogita Basene Registrar Ashish Tiwari given written complaint to police.

To everyone my best wishes for your exam thanks for everything, I learn lot from every one of you. I know you have been humiliated because of you support even for one like.. but believe me that one like is more than any amount of money 💰 your trust and believe in me it's priceless.

I want to say don't worry about this managment even Faculty Yogita Bsene who try to threatened you even HOD or VC. If anyone do anything feel free to connect with me trust me I have solution for everything if they threatened you humiliated you feel free to connect with me without any single thought. We have lot of people In Delhi Ministry of Education NITI Aayog. No one can touch you as long as I am alive.

There are people beyond this city shahdol this state MP and Delhi.

We don’t want leaders who refuse to give others equal authority and respect.
We don’t need workplaces where toxicity dominates intelligence. Such systems are nothing more than illusions designed to manipulate and control people — even if you are an HOD or a VC. This country has forgotten thousands of HOD VC people like you.

Real leadership is not about power, titles, or control.

It is about creating an environment where intelligence, honesty, creativity, and merit are valued above ego and politics.

A toxic system may survive for some time, but it can never build innovation, trust, or greatness.

When talented people are ignored, silenced, or pushed aside, institutions don’t just lose individuals — they lose their future.

Respect talent. Respect people.
That is where true progress begins.

In this video Dean and HOD Praveen Sharma, who is from the physics department, become HOD of life science. The statement clearly mentioned the allegation put forth is based on Faculty Yogita Basene; now you can see the series of chats and documents I have sent to her, making all files ready. Every student of the Biotechnology Department knows this: there was no computer, no Internet connection. I used my personal laptop and created the document students verification exam form verification. You know, 90% of tasks shifted to online, and these tasks were handled by me. Put the false allegation, supported by the HOD and the Honourable VC Ram Shankar Dubey Ji; this is something unconstitutional. Listen to only one side and favouronly one faculty. Why is the other side not listening to high authorities just because they are temporary, or is there any financial association which makes them silent and listen to one side? Or maybe it's culture to exploit and create fear...

I was brought up and educated in Delhi — the political epicenter of this country. I’ve seen how systems should function and know many of them.

But what I’m witnessing in a remote university Pandit Shambhu Nath Shukla University Shahdol is deeply disturbing.

This is the condition of university washrooms — not for a day, not an exception — but a daily reality.
No dignity. No hygiene. No accountability.

Despite:
• Lakhs in salaries paid to authorities
• Crores allocated for infrastructure and maintenance
• Government responsibility toward student welfare

Still, students are forced to live and study in such miserable conditions. By Yet VC Ram Shankar Dubey and Dean HOD Praveen Sharma.

The administration behaves as if this institution is personal property, not a public university accountable to the people.

And the harsh truth?
Because this is a tribal region, voices are suppressed. Concerns are ignored. Fear is normalized.

But silence is not an option anymore.

With the support of legal and advisory experts from our organization, this issue is being formally taken forward. This is not just about one university — it’s about a broken system that needs accountability.

This is about dignity.
This is about students.
This is about the future.

If you believe this is wrong, speak up.
