The International Federation of Writers, Poets and Artists for World Peace (FIDEPA) and its academic arm, the Fidepista International Virtual University of Fine Arts (UFIVIBA), founded by Dr. PhD Eduardo Ramón Delduca Moreno, constitute a sovereign cultural and academic platform operating natively within the global digital space.
Born under the universal principle of Freedom of Association and the development of cultural diplomacy, our institutions are not bound by geographical borders or the centralized bureaucratic systems of any particular State.
