Cambrian Hall School organised an insightful Career Counselling Session in collaboration with Edu Velocity to guide students towards informed career choices. The interactive session highlighted diverse career opportunities, emerging fields, and future prospects for students. Attended by the School Head, Dean of Academics, parents, teachers, and students, the programme encouraged meaningful discussions and active participation. The session proved highly beneficial in helping students understand their interests, strengths, and the importance of making well-planned academic and professional decisions for a successful future.

The Prefect Investiture Ceremony 2026–2027 was held with great pride and dignity, celebrating the appointment of the newly elected student council. The event was graced by School Director Mrs. Sonam Rana, Guest of Honour and Head of School Mr. Ferdinand John Bunyan, Dean of Academics and Activities Mrs. Annie Singh, and Coordinators Mrs. Kavita Joseph and Mrs. Beena Biswas. The ceremony included the oath-taking and badge presentation, symbolising responsibility and service. The dignitaries inspired the young leaders to lead with integrity, commitment, and confidence, marking the beginning of their leadership journey.

Today, our Nursery to Grade 2 little champs enjoyed a fantastic Pool Party filled with fun, laughter and excitement. The campus was full of cheerful giggles as children had a great time playing in the pool with their friends. 💦😊
The celebration became even more special with delicious special tiffins that the children enjoyed together. Along with the pool fun, they also had an amazing movie time which added more joy and relaxation to their day. 🎬🍱
Our tiny learners also explored their creativity through beautiful take-home crafts made with love and enthusiasm. 🎨❤️ Seeing their happy faces and excitement throughout the day made the celebration truly memorable.
It was a wonderful day of fun, friendship, learning and happiness that the children will cherish for a long time! 🌈✨

A story/poetry writing activity was conducted by the middle school.
The children were very enthusiastic and eager to put their thoughts down on paper. Our students made the effort to do their best, producing creative work. Beautiful and imaginative stories and poems were written.
This activity gives students the opportunity to think and use their imagination, which is a powerful tool, to create characters and invent storylines.

The Computer Department of Cambrian Hall organised the ‘EnviroVision PPT Competition’ for the students of Class X under the guidance of the Mr. Saluja, Dean of Activities and the Computer Deptt. The competition aimed at spreading awareness about environmental conservation and sustainability through creative presentations. Students enthusiastically showcased innovative ideas, highlighting global environmental concerns and practical solutions. Their confidence, research skills, and creativity made the event highly engaging and informative. The competition not only enhanced students’ technical abilities but also inspired them to become responsible and environmentally conscious citizens. It showcased creativity of class 10 students and a fine example of Inter-Disciplinary approach much appreciated by the Head of the School,Sir Ferdinand Bunyan.

Mother’s Day Celebration

Cambrian hall celebrated Mother’s Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The event was beautifully organized and filled with fun, laughter, and memorable moments. Mothers actively participated in exciting games and activities along with their children, making the celebration truly special.
The atmosphere was full of happiness as all the mothers enjoyed themselves wholeheartedly. One of the most heartwarming part of the celebration was the sharing of delicious homemade food. Mothers brought a variety of tasty dishes and lovingly shared them with all the students and staff, spreading warmth and togetherness.
The celebration strengthened the bond between mothers, children, and the school family. It was a wonderful day filled with love, care, and appreciation for all the mothers who play such an important role in their children’s lives.

Cambrian Hall School Welcomes New Head

Cambrian Hall School is proud to welcome Mr. Ferdinand J. Bunyan as its new Head.

A distinguished educationist with over 40 years of experience, Mr. Bunyan has been recognized by government and private institutions for excellence in school leadership, including his post-COVID initiatives.

His leadership spans India’s most reputed institutions: The Bishop’s Co-Ed School, Pune; Christ Church School, Mumbai; The Frank Anthony Public Schools, Kolkata & Bangalore; and St. Thomas School, Bangalore, where he served as Headmaster. His career began at St. Joseph’s College, Darjeeling.

Mr. Bunyan brings a rare blend of academic rigor and commitment to holistic, value-based learning and children.

We had the pleasure of inviting parents from Nursery to UKG to be a part of some thoughtfully planned activities. The main goal was to strengthen our connection with them and work together towards better learning for the children by building trust and a positive relationship.
It was truly heartwarming to see such an amazing response from the parents. They participated with great enthusiasm and genuine involvement, which made the entire experience even more special. It turned out to be a wonderful opportunity for the school and parents to connect, share, and grow together.
