On the occasion of *World Environment Day 2026,* the students of the Public Health Club of *SDRV Convent School* actively participated in a *Tree Plantation Drive* . The activity was organized to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to contribute towards a greener and healthier future.

Students enthusiastically planted saplings within the school premises and pledged to care for them regularly.

Through this initiative, they learned the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance, improving air quality, and combating climate change.

The programme highlighted the message *“Plant Trees, Save Life”* and inspired students to become responsible citizens who actively protect and preserve nature. The event was a meaningful step towards creating a sustainable and healthy environment for future generations.

Today was the seventh day of "Learn One More Bharatiya Bhasha", organized by SDRV Convent School, Dankaur, under the guidance of CBSE.
As part of this activity, students participated in the traditional game "Poochi Khel". Through this engaging and enjoyable activity, they learned about an important aspect of Indian culture and heritage. Today was the fourth day of ‘Learn One More Bharatiya Bhasha’ organised by SDRV Convent School, Dankaur as directed by CBSE.
In this activity, students explored a local cuisine called Jhalmuri and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Jhalmuri is a spicy and tangy snack made with puffed rice, mustard oil, onions, chillies, peanuts, and special spices. The word “jhal” means spicy. Through this activity, students not only tasted a traditional delicacy but also learned about the rich cultural heritage and food traditions of India.
