✨ विद्यार्थियों के शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक संतुलन एवं स्वस्थ जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से ग्रीन वैली इंटरनेशनल स्कूल में एक विशेष योग कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। 🏫💚

🙏 कार्यक्रम का संचालन आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग फाउंडेशन के अनुभवी योग प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को योग के महत्व, नियमित अभ्यास के लाभ तथा स्वस्थ जीवन के मूल मंत्रों से अवगत कराया। 🌞🧘

🌸 विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक विभिन्न योगासन, प्राणायाम एवं ध्यान (Meditation) का अभ्यास किया। प्रशिक्षकों ने प्रत्येक आसन को सही तरीके से करने की विधि समझाई तथा मानसिक एकाग्रता और तनावमुक्त जीवन के लिए प्रेरित किया। 💪🫁🧠
