Bpftio students at Cuttack Natya Utsav 2025

Students of BPFTIO actively participated in the Cuttack Natya Utsav 2025, presenting an impactful stage performance. Stepping beyond their usual technical learning, they explored the art of live theatre, which offered them a new dimension of filmmaking experience.

Their sincere approach, dedication, and passion were clearly reflected on stage and were highly appreciated by the judges. This exposure not only enriched their creativity but also strengthened their understanding of storytelling through performance arts.

Subhransu Das has been honored with the National Award as Director for the Best Odia film 'Puskara'. This is a moment of immense pride for BPFTIO, as he is an alumnus of the Cinematography Department of our institute. His achievement is an inspiration for all aspiring filmmakers.
