CCE system was in operation for 15-20 years............when bureaucracy forced out Educationists.......last being Dr.Singha...If CCE system was so good why it was replaced...........And if it was bad why was it in operation for so long............This is called Hit & Trial method...........This type of foolishness is called as REFORM

People should understand that Schools in Delhi are more unsafe than schools at small Cities...........Reasons are many but in short there is an all round poor Governance in Delhi and areas around it..............Unfortunate incidents like death of a Child will not Stop in Future too......................
