The ISC is organising a one-day Study Abroad Fair to orient students on the various study abroad opportunities available through Lady Doak College.

Those wishing to go abroad for a semester or a shorter period of time during your study at LDC will explore what programmes we offer, learn how to apply for them, and hear from students recently returned and about to depart for their programmes. SF and Aided students can drop in during the appropriate time blocks. We look forward to seeing you!

Venue: BCMMT
Timing: 10:00am - 12:30pm for SF students & 1:30 - 4:00pm for Aided students

The ISC Team will hold an additional orientation for Study Abroad Programmes on 10 July from 2-3pm at AV2 for those unable to attend the Fair.

Get ready for an exciting battle of literary giants at the “Battle of the Books.” This is going to be a thrilling debate where you will defend your favourite book. From timeless classics to modern masterpieces, you will present your arguments and persuade the audience why your book deserves the top spot.

Join us for the ultimate literary showdown at the ISC Activity Hall from 2:30 to 4:30 pm on Tuesday, March 11. This is a celebration of books like no other!

SP will be provided. Online registration is required at the link in bio before 11am on Tuesday. Registration after 11am won’t be accepted.

Join us on Wednesday for a Theatre Skills Workshop, where you’ll learn how to apply acting skills in your everyday life. Practicing theatre can improve your confidence, creativity, teamwork, public speaking, improvisational skills, and more! Come find your inner clown or dramatic actress!

In-person registration for this event is required, and will be posted on Monday at the ISC office. Space is very limited, but additional workshops may be scheduled based on interest.

Today we held our International Poster-Making Contest and celebrated each other with a potluck! ISC members selected a festival from another country and created a poster. They presented their posters to each other and enjoyed a lunchtime potluck. Congratulations to Aparnaa, Jaishna, and Saanchi for their award-winning posters! 🥳🗺️🎨
