EVENT: PROJECT PRESENTATION

General Rules

•Your work should be original not to be a shop product or someone else's.

•Soft copy of project description should be sent to email ID: [email protected]

•The acceptance details will be intimated through email.

•Students have to bring their projects for display on the day of event, if selected.

•Students are requested to bring their project report.

•Components or extra material required for the experimentation of projects have to be brought on your own.We don't provide any materials except 230 V,50 Hz supply .

•A Team can have maximum of 2 participants

•Last date for sending the soft copies are: 08.03.2015

•Intimation will reach you by 10.03.2015

EVENT: VIDEO PRESENTATION [THEATRIX]

Rules and Regulations:

The Students of any UG Department can participate in this event

•There is no topics for Theatrix. Students can present their videos regarding electrical/electronics side.

•The video should convey some concept clearly

•The video posted should not hurt anyone

•The video should have some innovative idea/suggestion, proper theme and information that be useful for future generation

•The duration of each video is 8-10 minutes

•Each team can contain only TWO members

•The Presenter is requested to send the abstract of their video(word document) to the email ID ([email protected]) on or before 08.03.2015

•The selected Theatrix will be intimated through email before 11.03.2015

•Presenters should bring their ID card, copy of their Video in pen drive or CD, abstract along with bonafide certificate, without fail

•The Presenters will be allowed to elaborate before the committee members

EVENT: PAPER PRESENTATION

Rules and Regulations:

•Your work should be original.

•Soft copy of full paper should be sent to email ID: [email protected] date - March 09,2015.

•The acceptance details will be intimated through email so please check your mail frequently.

•Paper can be authored by maximum of two authors among which at least one of them should present the paper in the symposium, if selected.

•The authors have to bring the ID card without fail on the day of presentation, if selected.

•The authors are requested to send two hard copies of the paper along with one soft copy as PDF/DOC/DOCX format.

•Only the authors who present the paper will be awarded with participation certificates.

•Team can have maximum of 2 participants

•Each Team will get 5 minutes to present their paper.

Paper Presentation topics:

>>Non conventional energy sources
>>Recent trends in power system
>>Smart grids and micro grids
>>Recent trends in power electronics
>>Energy security,Energy conversion,Energy efficiency

Topics are not strictly restricted to the above.

Paper Format:

•The paper should be in IEEE format, not exceeding 6 pages.

•Equation and figures should be legible and neat.

•The front page should have title of paper on the top and the details of the team members at the bottom.
