A Day to Remember – SMILE-For Life Workshop 🌟

Last Week, I had the privilege of conducting the “SMILE-For Life” workshop for the incubatees of ABIS TBI, Agricultural University. Participants from across different districts of Tamil Nadu came together, bringing diverse perspectives and energy into the room.

The workshop included:
- In-depth counselling and assessment
- A Level 5 Leadership session focusing on Emotional Intelligence (E.I.)
- Practical tips for personal and professional growth

The response was truly heartwarming 💫 — both students and faculty members received the program with great enthusiasm and positivity.

Special thanks to Dr. Muruganandhi, the contact person for specific programs, and Dr. E. Somasundarum, Director ABD, for inviting me as a resource person.

I look forward to a long-term association as Mentor & Resource Person, continuing to guide and inspire future leaders to unlock their full potential and drive positive change. 🌱
