*Can children who lost their parents in the Wayanad Mundakai tragedy be adopted?*

Children who have lost their parents and need care and protection are being taken care of by the government through the Child Welfare Committee under the Central Child Protection Act of 2015.

Adoption and foster care are carried out through the legal procedures of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 and Adoption Regulations 2022.

Only those who register on the CARA (Central Adoption Resource Authority) website and meet the specified criteria can adopt children.

Every child has the right to education. Children within the age group of 3 -6 years were struggling to have a good English medium education school in nearby communities.

As a result, these children perform poorly academically due to the fact that they are always tired from academic work. Parents are also scared for the lives of their wards so they do not allow these children to go long distances to access school until they feel the children are grown enough to cover the distance.

We believe working together to solve the problems in the world particularly in the rural communities is the ultimate reason why you exist in this world.

We kindly seek your support once again to donate towards the construction of this school facility to improve the social well-being of children in rural communities. This problem perpetuates poverty in these communities since these children grow to become the youth and adults are limited to employment opportunities and fail to see the outside world as result of lack of education.

We need your support to aid the construction of a 4-Unit Classroom block with ICT in the Ballepalayam Panchayat of Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District.
