The CTCSU, in collaboration with The Himalayan Clean-up, organized a successful cleanliness drive on 05-06-25 with the enthusiastic participation of 24 students.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the parents for their continued support in encouraging their children to take part in union-led activities. Your involvement plays a vital role in strengthening our student community.

Literary activities and education go hand in hand.

The CTCSU in collaboration with the other unions held it's 2nd inter-unit literary competition where students from all the 5 units compete against each other in activities like poetry, drawing, quiz, essay etc.

The union held it's 27th general session on the 30th of December under the theme "Rise Above, Reach Beyond" . The event was graced by ER. Renilo Nuh, Deputy Director, Department of New and Renewable Energy, Government of Nagaland. The GLT (NEWSLETTER) 6th Edition was also publicized by his lady wife .

The event was attended by many dignitaries involving various student leaders from different units and larger sectors.

With the environment getting degraded every year, the students of Chizami Town in collaboration with Forest Department, Chizami BEAT, Nagaland, planted tree saplings of Bauhinia and Wild Apple in and around the vicinity.

Under the theme 'Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience'. And the slogan 'Our Land, Our Future. We are Generation Restoration '. The union through these words tries to educate the young generation to mitigate measures to cope up with the fast changing environment. It is with sincere appeal to all the people to take care of our mother earth so that it heals under our guidance and also that we live up to our slogan and be a generation of restoration.

The CTCSU in collaboration with the Government Primary School, Chizami Town organised a cleanliness drive on 09-03-2024 with 54 students and some teachers marking it as the first enviro based activity of the year.

The CTCSU in collaboration with the D Coy, 45 Assam Rifles, Chizami Town Women Welfare Society and Chizami Town Sports Association conducted a Cleanliness Drive within the CTCSU jurisdiction on 15th April, 2023.
The Union expresses our heartfelt gratitude to the D Coy, 45 Assam Rifles for their generosity by providing the refreshments. We also thank the student members and parents for turning up and participating in the Cleanliness Drive.
