Annular Solar eclipse will occur on Sunday, June 21,2020 which will be visible from Northern India and other countries. Southern India only Partial Solar eclipse. A Partial Solar eclipse happens when the Sun, moon and the earth are not in a straight line.
It is never Safe to look directly at the Sun's rays even if the Sun is partly obscured. When watching a partial eclipse you must wear Eclipse glasses at all the times if you want to face the Sun, or use an alternative indirect method.

Maximum -11.59am.

SPOT MAY’S ALL-SEASON TRIANGLE

Then there’s luminous Vega, about 25 light-years away in Lyra, the Harp. Rising into the night toward the northeast in late spring, it will form the Summer Triangle together with Altair in Cygnus, the Swan and Deneb in Aquila, the Eagle. In just a few weeks, this trio will be an amazing sight, soaring across sweltering summer nights. Vega culminates in late-August; then it and its Summer Triangle start their slow dive toward the horizon before Vega disappears in December.

When we head out tonight, in mid-May, let’s look high in the east to spot Arcturus in mid-evening. Turn to find Capella setting in the northwest, its orange-yellow color almost melting into the springtime dusk. Meanwhile, Vega is just rising in the northeast. If we widen our gaze, we’ll see these three bright stars as the All-season Triangle, covering most of the northern half of the sky. Sky and Telescope

Tamilnadu Astronomical Society TAS conducted the one of the largest Transit of Venus june 6th,2012 Event in India with nearly 5000 people witnessing the event on site and another 20 million + via television in India alone and another estimated 60 million in South Asia and Indian Ocean Rim! We thank our solar astronomy associates Charlie Bates Solar Astronomy Project, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America for the support also the media which highlighted the event.
