Yong Nian Taichi India was privileged to be part of the 18th Annual Training Session of the World Yongnian Taijiquan in Handan, led by Grandmaster James Fu Qingquan at the Taiji Building. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
The training was intense and deeply enriching, pushing the limits of our physical endurance while expanding our understanding of Authentic Yang Style Taichi. Under Master Fu’s guidance, we explored the subtle nuances of Taichi, opening ourselves to deeper levels of awareness, discipline, and connection.

Handan, the ancient capital of the Zhao State, the hometown of Tai Chi, welcomed us to experience its three thousand years of Chinese culture. The Tai Chi Cultural Exchange Center “Tai Chi Building” has just been completed. The exhibition halls showcase the historical journey of the great Yang Style Masters in Taichi - Yang Luchan, Yang Jian Hou, Yang Ban Hou, Yang Cheng Fu, Fu Zongwen and Fu Sheng Yuan.
The martial arts hall holds the taichi training where the learning unravels the essence and the philosophy of this ancient martial art.
The “Eighteenth Annual and Coach Credential Training for the Global Year of Tai Chi” conducted by Grandmaster James Fu Qingquan was held grandly from March 25 to April 1 in the “Tai Chi Building”. The place became our home for the next 7 days where we deepened our knowledge & understanding of the Authentic Yang Style Taichi.
