We're looking for a Broadband Technician Trainer to join us in Chennai. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to train aspiring technicians, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving broadband industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting hands-on training sessions on broadband installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Developing and updating training materials to keep pace with industry advancements.
Assessing trainee performance and providing constructive feedback.
Ensuring safety protocols are followed during practical sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in broadband technology, with a solid understanding of fiber optics, DSL, cable, and wireless networking.
Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
