Seven hours. Four facilitators. Fifteen hours of content. And a respectable amount of biriyani.

That was our learning session last week at Miyagi Learning Solutions.

The learners in the room were our own facilitators.

And these are some of the most important sessions we do.

Because if we are in the business of shaping learning experiences for our students, we cannot stop sharpening ourselves.

Our clients experience the delivery, the energy, the stories, the engagement.
And the learning outcomes.

What they do not always see is the intense work behind the scenes.

The internal sessions.
The calibration.
The practice.
The unlearning.
The rethinking.
The fine-tuning of how we show up as facilitators.

That is the real work too.

Last week’s session was intense, packed and full of honest conversations. We covered a huge amount of ground in a short span of time.

In the true spirit of Team Miyagi:

Curiosity.
Banter.
Questions.
Pushback.
Laughter.
And yes, biriyani playing an important part for team morale!

For me, this is one of the most satisfying parts of building Miyagi.

Not just delivering programs and sessions.
But investing in the people who carry our work into so many rooms, audiences and learning journeys.

A learning company must keep learning.

That is our standard.
That is our culture.
That is the behind-the-scenes work that matters.

Gearing up for a host of new initiatives this year that will empower hundreds of children to go up on stage and express themselves.

Few things are as exciting as a good students' debate. Oratoria 2025 was exactly that and more.

Proud to be knowledge partners for ORATORIA' 25 at . A grand event launched on a big scale and organized thoughtfully and meticulously by the school.

And we are delighted to see the 40+ schools that are participating with vigour and gusto.

As one of the esteemed jury members, Mr. Sanjay Pinto put it, public speaking is a life skill and it is not only about the content, but the delivery and respectful disagreement.

We are honoured and delighted to be a part of this event and look forward to seeing it scale new heights with every passing year.

Kids and their creativity just amaze us always... The task was to write a story with three words - Candle, pizza and ostrich. Look at how this student used her creativity and went steps ahead of the task. We are always proud of the potential our students have. And we are proved right every time that activity based learning is the best way to connect with them.

And it's official! We are delighted to announce our collaboration with as the knowledge partners for 'Wings 2 Fly' - the flagship student empowerment project of the Rotary Club Madras East, on the theme 'Teenpreneurship'.

We look forward to working with students from 200+ Chennai Corporation Schools and taking them through a journey of learning, growth and inspiration.
