Ganesh Educational Trust - GET

Ganesh Educational Trust is established for the education and exposure to hidden talent among the poor students. The Trust aims for bringing a change in society with improved economic conditions using education and training for empowerment and promotion of society. Immense inspiration has been drawn from Mrs. Dr. Kasthuri Kuppusamy B.Lit., M.A.(Tam), M.A.(Ling), M.A.(Pub. Admin), M.Phil., Ph.D whose desire was to provide assistance to the poor needy students in completing their education.

This Memorial Trust is named after the initiator Vinod Kumaar. KK, son of Kasthuri Kuppusamy. The inaugural function of the Trust on 15th Sep 2001.

The Trust has so far helped more than 2000 students from different parts of the State of Tamil Nadu. The Trust has also started adopting very poor students who are not in a position to continue their education for want of finance. The Trust conducts Personality Development Programs and Career Guidance Programs for students every year so that they are better equipped in choosing the right career. The Trust has been very active in fulfilling its objective of helping the poor and meritorious students.
