Devaniya’s Chaturang at Vasant Utsav 2026 unfolded four different facets of Kathak ✨

From Devi Stuthi and Bhajan, to a Ghazal of self enquiry, and finally to a Chaturang woven with sahitya, paran, sargam and tarana, it traced the parallel journey of two koyal birds through joy, fear, loss and acceptance.

The ensemble concluded with a Mangalam, offering surrender to the Ultimate — Ishwara 🙏

Our beautiful costumes absorb hours of intense activated energy, buckets of perspiration, make-up stains and stressful wear & tear during every show! Post-performance costume care is our way to be thankful to them 😍🧡

Thank you Saraswathi educational cultural and charitable trust, for inviting us to share our art with such a wonderful audience at the kapaleeshwar temple. Truly was a memorable evening for all of us, as it is year after year ✨

For over a decade, this stage has felt like home.
Since 2015, Devaniya has had the privilege of performing at Vasant Utsav—and year after year, we’ve been entrusted with bringing this beautiful festival to a close.

This year, we return once again with Chaturang, our offering for the evening—hearts full and ghungroos ready.
