Concentration is the ability of having a steady, single-minded attention on a topic or activity. Being able to absorb information efficiently, come up with solutions to problems, and do well in academics and other activities makes it a vital talent for children to acquire.
Kids who are focused are better able to recall knowledge, which is one of the key reasons concentration is essential for learning and growth. A child is more likely to absorb and understand the information being taught to them when they are able to focus on a task or subject.

When children have tantrums, they might scream, become aggressive or run away.
For young children, tantrums happen when they’re overwhelmed by strong emotions.
Older children might have tantrums because they haven’t yet learned safe ways to express or manage feelings.
You can reduce tantrums by talking with children about feelings.
When a tantrum is happening, acknowledge children’s feelings. Work on managing feelings when children are calm.

Why play is important?!
Play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and young people.
Whenever through play, children learn about the world and themselves.
Through play, parents can connect fully with their children and have fun.
A parent or carer can support and take part in their child’s play activities but they shouldn’t direct what happens.
It’s important they give their children time, freedom and choice to play. If an adult makes all the decisions about how, what and when their child plays, the child won’t enjoy their play experiences.
