So, when 𝗠𝗿. C K Kumaravel 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝟮 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼 ago and said,
“Vimal, I want you to help me with two growth challenges. Can we meet?”

The 1st question that popped into my mind was: “𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙢𝙚?”

When we met yesterday, the answer became clear.

He said,
“Vimal, I studied your book. The way you spoke about 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨—drawn from your India and Dubai experience—made me feel you are the right person to support us as a consultant.”

That moment reminded me of something powerful:
👉 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮—𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦.

I accepted this opportunity with deep gratitude. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start to the year for our 𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻.

What makes this extra special is the full circle—𝐂𝐊𝐊 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤, and today, that same book has become the foundation of our consulting journey together.

We had wonderful conversations, a happy time, and as always inspired & motivated with his candid insights.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐚 (𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐞) visited our home yesterday, and I must say—beyond being a talented actor, he is a wonderful human being.

Despite his achievements, he is humble, simple, and grounded. What truly impressed me is his commitment to giving back—he actively runs an 𝑵𝑮𝑶 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒔, and has been remarkably successful in that mission as well 🌱

We spent quality time exchanging thoughts and experiences.
