As a part of the Book Buddy Program, Ms. Vidya Rajagopalan, a poet and Founder of Project Prodets had organised a session titled "Discovering the Power of Words". The session was powerful and intriguing and the learners were given insights into the nuances of writing. Ms. Vidya encouraged the learners to pick up the habit of writing and reading as they play a very important in shaping oneself to become better.

The commencement of the first batch for the year 2023-24 took place. The new learners were given a warm welcome and a centre tour with a unique orientation by our alumni. The orientation session was driven by the alumni in an interactive manner which made the learners feel comfortable and participative. Here are glimpses from the orientation.

Parent Teachers’ Meet was an initiative conducted to have an interaction with the parents to give them a glimpse of their child’s journey in Titan LeAP. This meet was mainly organised to reaffirm the parents on various aspects related to placements. It was a tremendous session filled with moments of contentment and appreciativeness and the parents’ words were filled with gratitude towards the Titan LeAP program, they were all praises for the support and guidance given by Titan LeAP in the development of their children’s lives. They were rest assured that the confidence that they see in their children is only because of the Titan LeAP program. Parents volunteered to speak and list about the growth that they see in their children after attending the program.

To tap and bring out the entrepreneurial potential of the learners, the "Idea 2 Innovate" expo was conducted. The initiative enabled learners to bring innovative solutions to real-world problems by developing a working or non-working model of a product or service imbibed with a social benefit. The event was a grand success.

Forests play a major role in the fighting global warming. World Forestry Day reminds each of us that we all are connected to forests, even when we may not realize it. Let us save them.

For the first time as a part of understanding the learning impact of the digital skills of the learners, a project called the "Analytix 360" has been introduced. The idea behind the project is to allow the learners to form pairs, select a research topic, conduct a survey collecting data and submit a report and conduct a presentation. The learners get to apply the concepts they have learnt in the digital classes and this helps boost their confidence and help them create impressionable reports and presentations in the future.

Here is a glimpse of our Job Utsav which took place at the Sri Krishnaswamy College for Women. More than 1000 students from Titan LeAP attended the interviews from various companies that participated and made the job fair a grand success. Most of the learners stated that attending the interviews of multiple companies was a learning and enriching experience for them.
