Art fests across Uttar Pradesh brought joy and excitement to students from Grades 1 to 8, marking the culmination of the RTS Art Education Program this year.
With 158 schools conducting the art fests, the exhibitions gave young learners a space to proudly display the artwork they created over the course of the program.
The fests were observed by over 10,000 visitors, including students, parents, teachers, community members, LLF team members, and government officials, creating a vibrant space for community engagement and shared celebration of student creativity.
These art fests not only highlighted student learning but also reinforced the role of art in building collaboration skills, a sense of ownership, and stronger connections within the school community.

“ A World Within Us”, a glimpse into the worlds children quietly carry within them.
Through their photographs, our children from Chennai Girls Higher Secondary School, MH Road, showed us the streets they walk, the people they notice, and the small details adults often overlook. Looking at the world through their eyes reminded us that no two people experience the same world in the same way.
Maybe understanding a child’s world begins with learning to look again.

The Art Education Program in Tamil Nadu, one of five states where the program was implemented in the academic year 2025-26, came to a meaningful close this year, marked by vibrant and heartfelt art fests held in over 900 schools across the state.
It has been incredibly valuable to witness schools open their doors to celebrate creativity in such a collective and powerful way- a fitting and inspiring closure to a year of learning, exploration, and imagination.
Over 65,000 artworks filled school spaces with colour, imagination, and stories, each piece reflecting a child’s journey through the arts program.
The fests welcomed more than 45,000 students, alongside 3,500+ teachers, 1,000+ parents and community members, 100+ government officials, and 1,300+ team members, all coming together to witness and celebrate this collective effort.
More than just exhibitions, these fests became shared spaces of pride and participation for each student. Schools turned into galleries and communities came together to recognise the role of art in learning.
This initiative is supported by the Ashok Leyland Foundation and the Hinduja Group and implemented in partnership with the Learning Links Foundation.
