Our way of celebrating World Mental Health Day! - Celebrating with the students of NEMS, Pune by giving them the experience of mental health awareness exhibition ✨
The theme for this year- 'Mental Health Care is a universal right for all', and here, our children and teachers are getting aware, understanding and trying to practice a few exercises to implement in them to live a healthy mental and emotional life 🌻
Again, we were wondering how it would go, and also it was planned at the last minute... but with the school's support to have this activity done, with the arts teacher help in creating a poster to be put at the entrance and our willingness, the prep began....
It was a satisfactory feeling by seeing the kids enjoy the exhibition, read every word, discuss with each other and with the teacher, enjoy the activities, and walk on the road to be aware and cut off the stigma held by the society....
At the end of the day, it was a tiresome feeling but the satisfaction took the front seat and motivated us to create more such experiences for the children, adolescents and adults.
