What would it mean to be completely happy all the time?

If I try to break this question from my perspective , it would simply mean to win.

Winning . Simple

Thats Sad ...isnt it?

Only that is a million dollar question.

Cause like everybody I am looking for an anchor , An anchor to understand why I am alive.

Because the word "Alive" only has meaning in this 2D world of Duality- which includes love but also pain and other things. So there should a good enough reason to go through with it every day.

And a good purpose really helps to solve all these big question.

I understand that people write articles about a matter only when its resolved. But i find beauty in unresolved things too, in taunts of gazals and in mesmerizing confusing puzzles.

If you know that you are safe with a person or a situation...you let go

But safety is also an inner game

The more you feel safe within ...more easy it will be for you to accept a situation and trust yourself or the divine to let go and follow your hearts calling.

When facing with difficult times there are few things you can do to rise faster

🍀 See it as a game or an experiment - Think that if a scientist was doing an experiment and your life was their place of observation, then how can you act to bring out optimal results.

🍀Even in darkest of times remember that everything is working out in your favor and things will get better even when you don't see it now.

🍀Take the first most easiest natural step that you feel at the moment , do not over think in negative zones.

🍀Destination can be reached in multiple ways ,do not hold one path to ego. All your dreams will come true , if you can hold yourself in love not in force or guilt.

Social media can have a negative impact on teens who suffer from, or are susceptible to, mental illness. The National Institute of Mental Health reports that the lifetime prevalence of any mental disorder among adolescents is 49.5%, and 22.2% of adolescents will suffer from a severe mental impairment in their lifetimes. Also, young adults (age 18 to 25) have the highest incidence of mental illness of any adult age group: 25.8%, compared to 22.2% for ages 26 to 49, and 13.8% for ages 50 and up.

According to the Journal of psychological research on cyberspace - it was found that social media addiction was negatively associated with the students' mental health and academic performance and that the relation between social media addiction and mental health was mediated by self-esteem.
