Our B.Sc Hotel Management students stepped into the kitchen lab for a hands‑on Food Production practical session, exploring the art of vegetable cuts and applying them in real menu preparation.

They practiced precision, technique, and professional kitchen discipline while preparing two delicious dishes:

🥣 Mixed Vegetable Soup
A warm, flavourful soup showcasing uniform cuts for perfect texture.

🍤 Crispy Fried Vegetables
Golden, crunchy, and beautifully plated using skillful vegetable cutting methods.

A meaningful step from classroom learning to real‑world social work practice.
MSW I Year students from RAAK Arts and Science College visited Baby Sarah’s Home as part of their Social Work curriculum, gaining valuable exposure to institutional care and rehabilitation services.

During the visit, students observed the functioning of the home, understood case work practices, and learned how professional social workers support children through structured care systems. The experience offered first-hand insights, strengthened their field understanding, and helped them connect theory with practice in a real social work setting.

A day of learning, empathy, and professional growth.

🤝 MoU Signing – RAAK Arts & Science College x Veranda XL (JK Shah Classes)
RASC proudly signed an MoU with Veranda XL Learning Solutions – JK Shah Classes on 14 August 2026 to offer CMA coaching for B.Com students during 2026–2027.

The ceremony was graced by our Principal Prof. Dr. H. Anwer Basha and Vice Principal Prof. Dr. G. Senthilnathan.

🎓 Students will benefit through expert CMA training, industry‑oriented skills, enhanced employability, and expanded career pathways in accounting, finance, and management.

This collaboration strengthens our commitment to professional education and student career growth.

📚✨ National Library Day Celebration at RAAK Arts and Science College ✨📚

RAAK Arts and Science College proudly celebrated National Library Day on 12th August 2026 at the College Library, highlighting the importance of books, reading, knowledge, and lifelong learning.

We were privileged to have Dr. T. Poorani, Happiness and Success Coach, Soul Therapist, NLP Master Trainer and Pranic Healer, as the Guest of Honour. Her inspiring presence and valuable insights added great significance to the celebration.

The programme was graced by our Principal, Prof. Dr. H. Anwer Basha, Vice Principal, Prof. Dr. G. Senthilnathan, faculty members and students.
