Minutes of the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)

An important PTM, presided by the Headmasrer was held in his office, today at 10:00 AM. The meeting was attended by all teaching staff members and more than a dozen parents.
1. Purpose of the Meeting
To discuss matters related to students’ academic progress, school facilities, upcoming events, and overall development.
2. Proceedings
1. Academic Performance:
Teachers shared the progress reports of students.
Parents expressed satisfaction over the dedication and performance of the teaching staff.
Strategies for further academic improvement were discussed.
2. Support from Parents:
Parents assured their full cooperation in improving the academic and moral development of their children.
3. School Facilities:
The issue of inadequate toilet facilities was raised.
It was resolved to approach the concerned authorities for necessary action.
4. Suggestions from Parents:
Parents gave various suggestions for the overall betterment of the institution.
They sought guidance from teachers on how to support their wards’ studies at home.
5. Celebration of Independence Day:
It was decided that the school will celebrate Independence Day on 15th August with patriotic activities, cultural programs, and flag hoisting.
Parents were invited to attend and encourage students’ participation.
4. Decisions Taken
A joint follow-up will be made with the concerned department regarding toilet facilities.
Parents and teachers will coordinate regularly for monitoring student progress.
Independence Day celebrations will be organized on 15th August with active participation from students, teachers, and parents.
The next PTM will be scheduled in mid September.
5. Conclusion
The Headmaster appreciated the active participation of parents and teachers. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to all attendees.
