One powerful benefit that meditation has on dancers is that it creates a better sense of awareness in one's self and body.
Through meditation, dancers are able to release all negative hormones thus providing a sense of stability, which, when dancing, gives performers the ability to enter dance roles more objectively.

Our daily dance routine at Nritya Prerana School of Dance : Bibwewadi starts with 15 mins of meditation for each student under the personal guidance of Dr Archana.
