सफल किसान की कहानी, इस वीडियो में। 🌳
ओडिशा के बोलांगीर जिला के तुरेकेला खंड के सुनील पधान एक उन्नत किसान है,
ये हमारे प्रति ग्राम में होने वाली एग्रोफोरेस्टी से स्वावलंबन प्रोजेक्ट की बैठक में शामिल हुए और विस्तृत जानकारी लेने के बाद दो एकड़ में 250 विभिन्न फलदार पौधे जैसे आम, नींबू, अमरूद, एप्पल बेर एवं अनार के पौधे लगाए है और जैविक विधि से पौधों की देखभाल कर रहे है।
इन्होंने ग्राम समृद्धि ट्रस्ट द्वारा आयोजित जैविक कृषि और उद्यान प्रबंधन के विषय में प्रशिक्षण भी प्राप्त किया है।

🌳गर्व है ऐसे किसान पर🌳
मिलिए श्री प्रताप साहू जी से - बालांगीर, ओडिशा के उन्नत किसान।
ग्राम समृद्धि ट्रस्ट से जुड़कर इन्होंने एग्रो फॉरेस्ट्री, जैविक कृषि और बागवानी की हर बैठक में हिस्सा लिया और सीखकर इन्होंने 3 एकड़ जमीन पर 700 फलदार वृक्ष लगाए हैं जिसमे आम,नींबू, अमरूद, लीची और एप्पल बेर जैसे फल लगे है पूरी तरह जैविक विधि से।
ग्राफ्टिंग से लेकर प्रूनिंग तक का पूरा प्रशिक्षण लेकर इन्होंने अपने भविष्य की नींव रखी है।
आगामी 4 वर्षों में ये पेड़ फल देंगे और फिर अगले 50 साल तक परिवार को एक निश्चित आय प्रदान कर स्वावलंबी एवं समृद्धि बनायेंगे।

Graduation students from Khariar Autonomous College & Panchayat Samiti College of Nuapada District, Odisha, are continuing their 30-day internship with Gram Samriddhi Trust at Rajkhariar, District of .
Objective: Bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, especially for youth from rural backgrounds.
Key Activities: To create better understanding about shaping their careers, the Trust is continuously arranging a Guest Lecture series and entrepreneur interaction sessions. Industry experts, social entrepreneurs, and development professionals share practical insights on rural livelihoods, agribusiness, social entrepreneurship, digital skills, and employability.
Students gain exposure to grassroots challenges in education, health, and livelihoods while interacting directly with founders and practitioners. These sessions help them explore career paths in government, NGOs, startups, and self-employment.
Impact: The internship builds confidence, professional networks, and clarity on future goals. For students from Nuapada’s aspirational blocks, this hands-on experience with field-based learning and mentorship is crucial for informed career choices.

In Shodapur Village, Panipat, 300 rural youth received certificates after completing vocational training in Data Entry Operator and Beauty Culture & Wellness under "Project Saksham".
The ceremony was graced by Executive Director, IOCL and Kanwal Singh Chauhan Ji.
With 25 Data Entry Operator and 37 Beauty & Wellness beneficiaries already placed, the program delivers immediate livelihoods. It empowers youth, especially women, to earn locally, reducing migration and unemployment while boosting village economies. This creates self-reliance & dignity.

Marginal farmer Sri. Jubraj Sahoo of Balangir, Odisha transformed his livelihood by planting 200 mango, 15 coconut, 20 guava, and 15 lemon saplings under our guidance last year. With four more years of care, his orchard will begin full fruiting. By year five, he will earn over ₹3 lakhs annually, ensuring financial security for his family besides regular income of inter crops.
This model replaces low-income subsistence farming with climate-resilient horticulture. It creates a sustainable income source, curbs migration, empowers smallholders, and reduces carbon footprint through long-term tree cover — proving that patient investment in farmers yields prosperity and planetary gain.
