77th Republic Day Celebration | 26th January 2026 🇮🇳✨

Mithi Gobindram Public School celebrated the 77th Republic Day with pride and patriotic spirit. The programme began with the arrival of our Chief Guests, Col. Narayan Parwani and ASI Surendra Kumar, followed by Flag Hoisting and the National Anthem, filling the campus with unity and national pride.

The ceremony continued with Deep Prajwalan and a floral welcome, along with a meaningful address highlighting the values of discipline, responsible citizenship, and our Constitution.

A disciplined NCC Parade by the cadets of NHLPS and MGPS reflected dedication and teamwork. Students also impressed everyone with a vibrant Sports & Fitness Display featuring yoga, aerobics, martial arts, and races.

🏆 Dr. Radha Krishnan House won the Inter-House Overall Championship Trophy, while Sadhu Heeranand House secured the Runners-up position.

Standing among the students, our dignitaries appreciated their discipline, participation, and patriotic spirit. The celebration concluded with smiles, memories, and a renewed commitment to serve the nation.

On 16th December, Mithi Gobindram Public School observed Vijay Diwas with a special morning assembly led by the Green House, paying heartfelt tribute to the courage and sacrifices of our Indian Armed Forces 🇮🇳

Students of Classes V–VI presented a powerful dance-drama portraying the 1971 Indo-Pak War and the birth of Bangladesh, reminding us of the true meaning of freedom. The assembly concluded with words of reflection and the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and gratitude.

💐Bhasha Mela 2025 – A Celebration of Languages & Learning 💐

The Bhasha Mela 2025, held on 13th December (Saturday) at the MGPS Quadrangle, was a vibrant and enriching celebration of multilingualism, cultural harmony, and student leadership.

The event beautifully reflected the spirit of “Unity in Diversity”, as students enthusiastically showcased languages through creative displays, performances, and interactive presentations. The Mela served as a wonderful example of experiential learning, where students learned by doing, expressing, and celebrating linguistic diversity with confidence and joy.

Every participant emerged as a winner, contributing to an atmosphere filled with learning, creativity, and cultural pride. The event truly highlighted the essence of Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav and reinforced respect for India’s rich linguistic heritage.

🎉 Activity: Language Exploration Club

Our senior students of Classes 11 and 12 enthusiastically participated in the Language Exploration Club Activity, celebrating the depth and diversity of India’s linguistic heritage.

Students confidently narrated dohaas, shlokas, and traditional sayings in various languages, followed by clear explanations of their meanings in English. Their thoughtful interpretations reflected not only linguistic understanding but also cultural wisdom and confidence.

The event also featured a vibrant display of shlokas, proverbs, word treasures, translations, and pride videos, making the day truly engaging and enriching. The activity beautifully highlighted the spirit of multilingualism and the joy of exploring languages.

Proud of our young scholars for embracing and presenting the true essence of “Many Languages, One Emotion.”

🌿 Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav 2025 – Day 5

🎉 Activity: Story Chain

The Story Chain Activity brought an exciting blend of creativity and multilingual expression as students from Classes 9 and 10 participated with great enthusiasm.

In this engaging activity, students collaboratively narrated an entire story in different languages, showcasing India’s linguistic richness and the beauty of storytelling beyond boundaries. Each student added a part of the story in a new language, creating a seamless chain that reflected confidence, imagination, and cultural understanding.

The activity highlighted the theme “Many Languages, One Emotion” and strengthened students’ appreciation for multilingual communication.

A wonderful and expressive learning experience for our young storytellers!
