In line with the vision of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Diwan Singh Rawat to continuously promote research work in the university, highly sensitive instrument *Particle Sizer (Malvern Make Zetasizer advanced)* has been installed in *KUDOPS* on 28th March 2026.

This instrument is a vital tool for advanced research, enabling important work such as particle sizing and zetapotential measurements.

The Zetasizer Advance range is used to measure particle size (0.3 nm – 10 um), zeta potential, and molecular weight, typically for nanomaterial, protein, and pharmaceutical applications. It utilizes dynamic light scattering (DLS) and electrophoresis to analyze colloidal stability, aggregation, and particle concentration in small volumes.

Expert Talk Series @ Kudops

Dr. Madhu Dixit, former Director, Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, Government of India, delivered a lecture today as part of the Expert Talk Series on "Advancing Herbal Medicine : Pharmacological Standardization & Preclinical Evidences for Clinical Validation"

Under the direction of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Diwan Singh Rawat, a pilot project has been established in last month at KUDOPS to launch a new start-up.

A three-day workshop on "Cosmetic Chemistry with a special focus on Formulating herbal and cosmetic products" was started as part of this pilot project on March 20th, 2025.

During the first and second days of the program, Dr. Hema Bhandari, a subject expert from Maitreyi College University of Delhi, explained theoretical concepts through hands-on practice while formulating herbal and cosmetic products.

The workshop was attended by all students of the M.Pharm course.

Student of B.pharm VIIIth semester of KUDOPS won the bronze medal in the 5 Acropolis international wushu championship which was held in Athens, Greece from 28 February 2025 to 03 March 2025.
